Our partner is one of the leading companies in the global commercial laundry industry, offering services in more than 100 countries. Together, we work on a project to develop a laundry facility monitoring system leveraging sensors to simplify the client working process, reduce the workload, and minimize technicians’ travel time.
The system provides information collected from the sensors installed in the laundry machines and diagnosis of the potential issues. Our table-based design has successfully presented complex functional data, contributing to a more streamlined experience compared to the previous manual Excel-based approach used by the client.
The development of a mobile-responsive design aims to guarantee user accessibility from any location, even without large screen-size devices. User flows have been divided into more manageable steps, and table rows are transformed into cards to accommodate limited screen space on mobile devices.
